Bell Canada Child Welfare Research Unit Personnel

The Bell Canada Child Welfare Research Unit has a small group of dedicated professionals who provide the centre's infrastructure.

Joanne Daciuk is the Research Coordinator for the Centre for Applied Social Research. Ms. Daciuk has over 15 years experience in implementing and managing survey research projects at the University of Toronto.

As well, Ms. Daciuk is the Manager of the Bell Canada Child Welfare Research Unit. She coordinates the research activities of the Centre for Applied Social Research, supports faculty research, prepares research proposals, supervises research staff, manages research projects, conducts statistical analysis, has major responsibility for data management, and report preparation.

Her main research focus has been in studies pertaining to child welfare, aging, long-term care, and settlement and immigration issues.
