Repair Return Exchange
This is not a big impersonal corporation. It's a small home based business. So, when you contact Row West with a problem, rest assured it will be taken seriously. Solutions are devised on a per- case basis but if you approach the problem calmly and politely, you are highly likely to get an outcome you will be happy with.
REPAIRS
Whether it's your fault, Row West's fault, or an act of your choice of Diety, Row West is always eager to make sure all the Row West clothing out there is holding together and doing its job.
Rigger-rips: Stretch fabric is not easy to patch, but it can be done. If you have ripped a hole in your tights, unisuit or other article, mail it here and it can be assessed. A patch will cost you $8 plus your cost of mailing. Return shipping will be covered. It might not be pretty, but it will be patched.
Stitching Failure: Problems with stitching coming out are always covered by Row West and if you mail an item with the top-stitching unravelling, it will be repaired and returned to you. The same goes for the integrity of the actual seams (although this problem has never been reported).
RETURNS
If you need to return something, just let us know what the reason is. Most reasonable requests can be accomodated. As with exchanges, if a garment can be restocked, there shouldn't be a problem with returning it.
Quality problems are taken seriously here and if you have a quality issue, please let Row West know as soon as possible. Fabric or stitching failure are both grounds for exchange or return.
EXCHANGE
As a general rule, if a garment can be restocked and sold later (unused and clean), it can be exchanged. If you have a team uniform or other custom garment that doesn't qualify as general stock, just email with the problem and we'll do our best to help you out.
